Call for concepts for a piece for Neo Hülcker`s voice

We are looking for ideas for a new piece for the composer and performer

Neo Hülcker.

Neo Hülcker`s voice broke in 2018 and is still not settled completely.
Here you can watch a documentation of his „Konzert für Stimme im
Stimmbruch“ for which he asked different composers to write pieces for
his breaking voice:

part 2:

The concepts should be an idea for Neo Hülcker`s voice. It can include
all kinds of media and objects.

We will choose 2 concepts. The composers of the concepts are invited to
work on this new piece in a collaboration process with Neo Hülcker. This
collaboration can work through live or online meetings. At the end there
can be all kinds of scores: a musical score, a text, a video, an audio
file, a verbal agreement...
The piece should be 5-10 minutes.

The concept should not be longer than 1000 words and can have all kinds
of attachments that help to clarify the idea.
Bigger files can be send per wetransfer.

Composition fee per piece: 700 Euro
Travel costs up to 250 Euro will be covered by the festival.

The performance will take place in the Elbphilharmonie (Kleiner Saal) in
Hamburg during the festival FIK - Festival für Immaterielle Kunst
